breakfast:
WPI shake with almond milk
green tea

skinny cappucino

lunch:
alaskan pink salmon with lemon vincotto vinegar
broccolini
baby cos
baked beans
grilled polenta
espresso
 
lunch:
300g chicken breast marinated in Yoshida sauce
2 mission wraps
coleslaw & hoi sin
300g passionfruit yogurt & natural yogurt mixed together
50g trail mix

1400 cals
 
Dinner

Chilli con carne, all natural made by me.
Except for tinned kidney beans.

Added celery & 1 carrot, shredded up by thermomix.

Raw vanilla bean cashew nut butter:
250g raw cashews + beans from 1 vanilla pod or 1 1/2 tsp Professional Whey organic vanilla bean
Whizz it until creamy in a food processor.

You can lightly roast the cashews first if you like or activate them by soaking them in cold water for 8-10 hours before draining well and using.

Cashews have only 45g fat per 100g and 21g of protein so a nice PB alternative.
This nut butter tastes like heaven.

That's my fave too. And easy to make!
 
so i put 60g of plain wpi, 15g cocoa and 100mL almond milk into a bowl and blended it into protein whip.

then i added 300mL of cream, 25g of golden syrup and 50g of chocolate

then i poured it all into the ice cream maker.

5x 100g serves of 10c/25f/14p and 321cals. awesome. if anything, there was too much cream (who'd have thought it was possible!)

there will be a repeat performance later this week - strawberry flavour with more protein and hopefully less sugar.
 
You guys are killing me. I'm so going ingredients shopping tomorrow.

That's if I don't dehydrate to death from excessive drooling............

You know what i did lol...i read the last unread post, which must have been old as hell, as i rarely look in here and you mentioned coke zero and some alcohol...so i hit reply thinking it was the last post.

Thanks dude :) I use plenty of those recipes for cutting as well. At the moment while I'm bulking I just seem to have to add a shitload of extra carbs at some point during the day. (sweet potato, rice & ice cream are my go tos :))

I save the stuff like fluff, marshmallow cake etc for when I'm cutting though. It's just too much volume for minimal cals!
