Chicken BLT toasted sandwich

I cut the chicken breast in half to get 2 equal slices, season with cajun spices and cook in george foreman along with 2 slices of short back bacon

Fry up 1 egg and toast 2 slices of multi grain bread. Chop up some tomato, lettuce and slice some vintage cheddar cheese

Layer cheese on toasted bread followed by cooked chicken, sweet chilli sauce, egg, bacon, tomato, lettuce and top it off with some nandos peri peri mayonnaise.

Fanbloodytastic tasting burger! And much healthier that what you get at a fast food joint
 
I had this the other day before gym (breakfast) and added 5kg to my deadlift, it was almost too easy

250ml water
3 tbs olive oil
2 serves oats/porridge
500ml milk full cream
Bowl of fruit/berries (blueberries/necterines/peaches/banana ect)
4 eggs fried
4 strips bacon fried
2 tomatoes fried
250ml water
Banana

eat in that order. Allow 1 hour eating time and 1+ hour between eating time and heavy lifting

Going good Puff. Lost around 2kg in my first week which was a bit more than I expected. If I loose more than 1kg this week I will up the cals by 100 or 200. Yes the diet is boring but you gotta do what you gotta do. :(
 
I just commenced on the 2nd Jan so I'm just over 1 week into it. I started at 106.1kg and I weighed in this morning at 104kg. I do not have a specific weight target I;ll be judging myself by the way I look but 95kg seems acheivable. That would probably take between 12-16 weeks.

I`ve tried sweet potato chips of many kinds.Damn good.
I came home last night and wanted to whip up something quick
so I micro waved a few spuds and the pan fried them in olive oil
jackets and all and sprinkled organic salt free seasoning on them.
A party in my mouth!And the aroma.Just like those olive oil
chips.

I didnt make nearly as much sauce as they recommend, just a squirt of honey/mayo/dijon and mix it all up. Used a chilli flavoured salt we have as the seasoning and didnt use any corn syrup. Also will defiantly add some minced garlic to the sauce next time.

I had this with steamed pumpkin and handful of snow peas. Gets my tick of approval!
 
Hi guys this is basically my diet everyday.


0400- 5gm Creatine Mono with grape juice

0430- 2 pieces wholemeal toast (no butter), 3 poached eggs,Dash of Tobasco 3 scoops of baked beans, cup of green tea.

0730- piece of fruit or 2 if im really hungry which i usually am by this time.

0930- 2 Ham or chicken salad sandwiches on wholemeal bread(no butter), piece of fruit, hard boiled egg, green tea.

1230- 1 Ham/chicken salad sandwich on wholemeal bread(no butter), piece of fruit, hard boiled egg, green tea.

1430- 1 Ham/chicken salad sandwich on wholemeal bread(no butter) 24gram Protein Shake with water, piece of fruit,hard boiled egg, green tea.

1630- Piece of fruit.

1730- Workout for 1 hr.

1830- 5gram Creatine Mono with grape juice immediately after workout.

1900- 24gram protein shake with water.

1930- Approx 100-200gm steak with large serving of vegies and salad.

This is basically my diet everyday now, am i eating enough/too much carbs/protein???

I weight train everyday with cardio every 3rd day and hoping to get it down to every 2nd day when my calves stop killing me.

Any comments/suggestions greatly appreciated, cheers
 
Too much bread and other processed stuff like ham baked beans.

Also creatine only needs to be taken once per day at 5gms.
