I can't think of a single post Darkoz has made in this section that hasn't either been baiting a member or was just being a smart arse.

He clearly has an issue with "AusPL" as he calls it.
 
Dips - Is upper arms going past parallel with floor on the descent bad?

Should I limit my ROM on dips, slow the descent as necessary to achieve this?

Only if it hurts your shoulders or have had a previous shoulder injury.

Best tricep exercise for fucked elbows?

Can't do skull crushers, elbows feel really bad, close grip bench feels alright.
