Is this a good idea, I really don't know, is the deadlift a back exercise or leg exercise.

If your doing a split, do squats and deadlifts on testicle day. These lifts are good for testicle hypertrophy.
 
Are dumbell curls while standing on a bosu ball inside a squat rack acceptable if you're a white Australian with tribal tattoos?
 
What are some substitutes for dips? They dont feel too good on my shoulders.

Thinking flyes + pin presses to hit chest/triceps.
