July Calf Challenge

1 x F @ single leg bw raises.
4 x F @ standing bodyweight calf raises.

What will the August challenge be? There should be one every month

l think we should have one a month.... Something like this would be quite the good. Maybe bang out as many pushups as you can each day or something along those lines....
