So you are basically implying the creatine is a useless supplement?

I'm not saying that. Creatine being one of the very few supps that has evidence it actually does something.

I am saying that nothing you can get legally is going to have a noticeable effect on your training.

The only noticeable effect will be a lighter wallet.

I do understand that.
As I mentioned, I merely have creatine before my workout. Because it's easy to have it all in one go.
I know there are no immediate effects to creatine use.
