My brother has lost 2kg, hasn't had a headache in 10 days (best for 5-6 years) and is sleeping better than ever. He's been doing the slow carb diet and occam's protocol weights program for 2 weeks now. He's loving it.
About time he got his shit sorted! I'm proud of him!
 
Good effort by the bro there.

Yeh I'm proud of him. He's NEVER had a proper routine with food. He's a vegetarian and works odd hours so just grabs whatever. Now he's understanding and seeing the benefits of being organized.
 
We won at trivia last night!!! Unbelievable. We beat the team that's won 4 weeks in a row too. Got a meat tray in the raffle too

Big day. Kids dance concert then tahs game last night. Cheat day for me. Had a few meat pies and sausage rolls last night too. Guts playing up today!

6 rounds of that non stop.

Not long enough but tough enough to get a sweaty arse
