AUSBB Strength Record Board

Im pretty sure i can do all of that. I have already done 120kgs x21 i can bench 150 so doing 10 reps of my body weight would be easy. i deadlifted 200 by 3. My body weight is at the moment 85kgs and when i did my 120 x 21 squats i was 83. The only thing i may have a problem with is the chins. Does that mean i am on my way to being able to compete??

well I know ben did 120 x 21 cause he had to do one more rep then me and his bench is masssive hahaha your more then ready to compete man ... Enter youself in pro raw and the end of year push pull capo comp.. you will suprise yourself how well you do.

Current: 25/10/2010 90kg BW
SQUAT DOUBLE BODYWEIGHT No 1.5
SQUAT 1.5 TIMES BODYWEIGHT X 20 No 0.9
BENCH PRESS 1.5 TIMES BODYWEIGHT No 1.2

STRICT STANDING MILITARY PRESS BODYWEIGHT no 0.9

Well that's 0/9.
The MP, chins and bench bw x 10 are close. The squats are waaay off.
Something to work towards. If i could knock 2 or 3 on the head over summer I'll be happy.

I don't mean to dig up an old post, but this challange sounds interesting! It's interesting to see peoples strengths and weaknesses, as well as everyone's dedcation to achieve more from themselves. Also i've decided not to be a lurker of AUSBB and that i should contribute! Here goes...

BW = 100kg probably 20% bf

SQUAT DOUBLE BODYWEIGHT No (did 170kg (a2g) 6 months ago, haven't 1rm since)

Hey Chris, didnt you compete in the Strongman? C&P bw was in that I think.

It was you dick, you got 7, I just checked

And you did 12 chins with 15kg hanging off you, so I'd say you would be okay with that as well.

ProRawOne wont be the same without you Chris.

Chris is one of the best all round lifters I have ever met, a true athlete who is also super strong.

I was bouncing it off the floor to knee height before each clean lol, they dont count and the chins were with a narrow grip and werent paused at the bottom.

One of the best all round lifters you have EVER met? that's going a bit far but thanks.

Lets allow others to marvel at your lifts

Chris 93kg, lifting in board shorts and singlet, no belt or wraps

Squat 207.5kg
Bench 167.5kg
Dead 273.5kg

Markos,

Are you going to maintain post number two and add the names as they come in?

I'm a fair way off most except squat double bodyweight. I weigh about 76kg at the moment and am doing the 150kg PPP programme right now. If you're maintaining it then I'll weigh in on week 11 and take a stab at the double bodyweight squat and video it.

Cheers,
Mike

Those oli lifts are the problem as I've never learnt to perform them... :( Also I'm only up to 15 x 1.5bw squats so far, but I'll get there. ;)
