    I've come across an article talking about hidden sugars in low fat foods. I like to eat low fat Greek yogurt for breakfast. So in the context of body building what is better low fat high sugar vs high fat low sugar foods? Cheers

    Saw this rather huge monster sitting on the bench press backwards and proceeded to pick up the Olympic bar from the rack with 20 kilos plate at each end and do seated military press. Fricking impressive doing multiple sets of 60 kilos press.

    Got the hots for one of the PTs at my local gym. At least there's an incentive for me to attend! Not game enough to ask her out. Pretty sure she'll knock me back thou.

    Saw a very short female powerlifter doing squats this morning. My PT who knows her said she weights 43kgs and yet she's squatting 80kgs all with good form. Embarrassing when I can't even squat my own body weight!

    Thanks guys I was originally skinny fat so there may be some genetics there as well. For those interested I got the result from my PT using calipers. He did the same tests at each stage using 8 spots on the body. Originally at 21% now 15.9%

    Guys, Finally broken the 16% BF now at 15.9%. Question is for a male at what % BF will you start seeing your abs because I still can't see mine. Cheers

    I saw what was the skinniest young dude I ever see must have weighted 40-50 kilos and looks like his first time in the gym, he has a PT showing him the ropes. He struggled to bench press just the 20 kilo bar. I say good on him on making the decision to start lifting weights but he really needs...

    Saw some dill doing bicep curls with a barbell in the squat rack! And he had the worst form I have ever seen for a bicep curl obviously it was too heavy for him
