    Sports drinks are virtually worthless - new study

    playing ice hockey i find consuming sports drinks (isotonic, or powedered form hydration drinks) or BCCAA powder an hour before a game makes a big difference compared to just drinking water pre game. if drinking those drinks during game it doesnt work until games over, so for me drinking them...

    yeah im with oni on this one... jsut a lightweight.. . put in some hard yards and gain some solid dense muscle mass through some good training and eating first!!! everyone wants there desert before the meat and potatoes!!!

    Power Cleans

    why not clean and press? powerclean up to OHP? just another option. i used to do a lot of cleans/ powercleans, not so much now as ive been lazy but i try to at least get hang cleans in when i can, i usually do them on back days. so you wont need to do any shrugs if your doing them properly...

    program for my girlfriend ?

    Squat 3 x 10 Bench press 3 x 8 Bent row 3 x 8 Military press 3 x 8 SLDL 3 x 8 BB curl 3 x 8 my girlfriend has finally agreed to this .. excited for her to see that it will work. taken weeks of convincing she isnt gonna get 'huge'.

    true.. so finally the information is out there to show they not that dangerous.... BUT ... personally i think to many people jump on them to quickly.. they want desert before the meat and potatoes. i have noticed two guys at my gym who are now on them. incredible back and arm acne...
