Hey runners, Sunday is here again and it is time to post your accomplishments for the week. Hopefully you all have something you can look back on and be proud of.
Note: No need to preface YOUR accomplishments with something like, "this may not be an accomplishment to most of you...". Be proud of your accomplishment.
So let's hear what you guys did this week!

of course I am jesting. 5km in 29m is hard for me. do you really run?

Lol as soon as I typed that I thought nice one stupid. No one averages 21km/hr for an hour :D

I've been running on and off for years. Depends on what I'm trying to do. It's the only sort of cardio I find entertaining. Always record my runs, like my training.

I ran for whole hour after a year of training. I am feeling very good after this achievement. I faced many hard times in order to achieve this goal.

Congratulations that you have achieved that threshold and it shows that you can do achieve any goals if you have proper determination.
