You know you can't isolate upper chest, you just add more front delt into it.Trained chest today, focusing all movements on upper chest/ incline.

Have you tried decline? When I had an aggravated shoulder the declines felt the least amount of pain (almost none).

my shoulder issues stem from over engaging my traps, instead of target muscle.
for some reason with incline work I can keep my scapula pinned and involve less trap and delt
