Db incline Press - 1x15, 1x20
Db shoulder Press - 2x15
Cable Row - 2x15
Wide grip pull down-2x15
Db bench shrug- 1x15, 1x20
Side raise- 2x16
Face pull -2x15

2x11,10 Side laterals
3x9,8,7 Lat pulldown
3x9,8 cable row
2x9,8 barbell curl
2x8,7 incline dumbell curl

50 secs rest between sets
10 weeks now back into it, have lost 6cm from waist, gained 2cm on my arms, 3cm around chest, 3cm around thighs

Oh, and Lower. Skipped Lower Back this Morning and now my Lower Back feels stiff.
