Yet another "superfood" and miracle supplement that isn't.

Supps companies love shit like this, then quietly back away when it's shown to be bogus. Like DIM that "naturally increases testosterone", only it doesn't. In fact, it reduces testosterone. Those pesky lab rats foiled us again.
Bottom line: Just eat real food, train hard and get your sleep/rest in each day. You don't need supps.
