For me its my grip strength. If im losing grip strength on weight i know that i can handle with ease then i know its time to just dial it back a bit. Eg would be after a huge week at work that required alot of my grip strength knowing when to dial back on deadlifts or even chaging the type of row i do in that session
Considering how I've seen you behave on here i doubt anyone really knows anymore when your asking an honest genuine question or just taking the piss

Results can be achieved training 2,3,4,5 or even 6 days per week.
I get the most satisfaction and results around 4.5 days per week. Some weeks 4 some weeks 5.
