i have herad of implants being done there before, i know south american chicks are verrry image conscious and aarently spend the most in the world on diet pills etc.. so it wouldnt surprise me if heaps had implants..
ive never seen a south american lass with shit tits so i think id trust it there somewhat..
also how much did she pay?
id be pretty embarassed telling my friends/ mum and i know what my frmale friends ar elike.. they are always going to have a bitch behind your back about things like that/ be juddgemental, probably out of jealousy or whatever, so i dont know if id really tell themm

Argentina & South America! Ohhhhhhhhhh highest plastic surgery rate in the world. It's also more affordable, therefore accessible by most people!

My gf paid $3500 AU for a lovely pair of full C's
 
gosh that is CHEAP! the only thing that worries me is it reading of the stuff in the news lately about PIPS? or somehthing cancer causing in the type of implant used... do you happen to have the name of the place she got it done ?

gosh they do everything on that argentinian website i was on !!! i did not know vaginal surgery existed to tighten it after childbirth.. amazing lol

the surgeries said around $2700 USD on that site i just checked out..
hmm, id just hate to die or something from a complication.. lol and everyone think i died in the amazon or something overthere

You can find the exact same stories in any country in the world.

Surgery always carries a risk, for everyone.

My gf is Chilean & I know the plastic surgeon specialises in reconstructive surgery, in particular breast surgery.

I believe he's done a head to toe overhaul of her mother lol So she trusted him implicitly.

Ultimately, it is a decision only you can make mocha.

But I can say her boobs look sensational one month out, they're still 'dropping' & I imagine there's still some swelling there, but they look great.

More importantly, she feels fantastic

She was a beautiful girl anyway, now she just has beautiful boobies too

Vaginal tightening & lip reconstruction is a WHOLE other topic & am pleased to say, I've never had to research it

I believe it's called labioplasty....I remember a gf bought this up at a dinner party one night and I almost wet my pants, I was laughing so hard

But apparently it's a booming business - vaginal tightening so women can feel like virgins again (think muslim countries where they're MEANT to be virgins when they get married AHEM) lol Apparently its very common.

Labioplasty...which is the 'neatening' of the vaginal lips....well....lol It's purely aesthetic I suppose? If you got a turkey neck there, I'm supportive in it's removal lol

Every woman is very different, just as every man is, I'm sure. But different strokes for different folks...my lady bits are actually the only parts of me I'm absolutely thrilled with! lol
