Pulled 197.5*3 for a deadlift triple PR this morning as well as a 5*5@90kg bench paused. I then gave a triple backslap, which hurt my three torn calluses, quite a lot.
I love the way you work i bench twice a week and deads are done on back days and only once a week use to do them twice a week but felt stuffed lol.I rest 2 days a week and do it all over a again.
