They had the lifting flights planned out and shown online two weeks in advance, and the judging was from most accounts pretty good. On the other hand, they had no livestream (not that GPC's worked anyway) or live scoresheet, and we still don't have it up anywhere.
I heard it was pretty damn average in terms of reffing and mc work being correct also.

Me: sumo block pulls 225kgx7@9.5 RPE. Lats not tight enough on 5th rep, shoulder therefore not tight enough and ac joint didn't like it. Will be VERY careful with 237.5 this week. Thoracic spine is loving the deadlifts though. YEW!
Squats. 155x2@9 for a nice small pb. Plenty left in me. Id say 165x2 is not really far off. Wont know for 5 or 6 weeks now. Triples next week then singles. No belt.

All my work is back to being high bar and beltless now. I just did 120kg for 5x8 then 5x5 paused yesterday though. I had no sleep and a full day of work and the day after competing lol.
