What's being natty compared to geared got to do with it?
well if you're on gear wouldn't you just be lifting to get 'the pump'? Rather than progressively adding weight?

I rate this as one of the best triceps exercises out there - def top 3 for me - hardly any gym has this machine - think I have come across like 2....
