- Fuzz came in today to do squats.. And conduct a seminar on oly lifting
- Haz came in for the seminar and did some cleans/snatches
- I did bench speed
- Stipe did bench
- Christian did box squats and norm squars
- Karin did chest. Testing her 1rm's
- I went to rock solid today to do some strongman and learn footy coaching/programming from Peter wethereal. The man knows his stuff and explains it easy enough.
- Stipe did back work
- Hai did bench work
- Karin did deadlift on PPP (70kg) and rackpulls/chins/bent rows
then did conditioning work tabata with ropes
PTC is all about strength and building athletes which is my goal for the gym anyway.
Powerlifting in australia is too small for a gym to survive on and its a fact.
Most powerlifters are generally people who dont need to go to gyms as all they need are weights/bar/rack and your done.
mind you that rope exercise does more for your conditioning than any treadmill ever will.

Just to show my clients that the bar on front squats needs to rest on your front delts/shoulders and not on your collarbone.. I wouldnt be doing them with say heavier squats lol but more and instruction thing as well as bit of fun..
