Ptc Sydney - Whats been happenin

The way I see it is you can diet and train your absolute hardest and not place in a figure comp.
In a lifting comp you can train your hardest and if you lift your PB or better and dont place, then at least you can walk away with an achievement :)
 
ill be putting her on a PL/BB hybrid training program while keeping her bodyfat lean at 20%. She has the mentality to diet now due to her dropping 30kg in bodyfat in the past. Fun year ahead :)
 
Deep you are going to be so disappointed when you find out Trent is really a fat 50 yr old white guy.
 
Hi guys, sorry to go slightly off topic here but I seem to recall seeing a thread where there was meant to be a PTC in Adelaide opening up. Has this happened yet, does anyone know? Can’t seem to find the post.
Unsure if I am quite at the level yet for this kind of training but it’d be good to get some advice at least, also when husband goes away for work it’d be nice to be able to train somewhere that I can get some decent guidance.
Any help appreciated, cheers Bee
