650gm chicken breast with portuguese seasoning.
1.25kg sweet potato roasted in a bit of oil and butter.
And a bunch of grapes.

2050 calories of fun.

I was roughly 100.

Started cutting at 2800 Cals. Lost weight too quick and strength went down the toilet. Have upped it and now at 3700 and strength is back and still losing weight.

250grm Porter House steak topped with 40grms of melted Full Fat cheddar cheese and some BBQ sauce, 200grms of green beans, 100grms of capsicum, 100grms eggplant all cooked in 10grms of coconut oil and washed down with 80grms of WPC with 10mls of Coconut oil mixed in!
