Tablespoon coconut oil

That is about 8 cups there
320 cals, 16g C, 1g F, 59g P!

4 egg whites & 100ml skim milk. Beat for a few mins.
Add thawed berries.
Add 1.5 scoops casein powder.
Beat for another 5 mins or so. Put in fridge for an hour.
Awesome :D

OK,
I can do that as I have choc blast flavouring.
Are you using Calcium Cassein or Micellar Cassein?

CC tends to thicken up easier.

(2 eggs, 2 whites, skim milk, 250g veggies, 200g peeled prawns, cooked in a bit of coconut oil)
 
I smashed a kebab yesterday....it was delish but coulda had more chilli sauce.

I'd like to do like that Supersize Me doco and live on nothing but kebabs for a month. Mmmmm...nice.
