Tried to put oats in my protein pancakes this morning...tasted good but prob needed another egg or maybe even a drop of milk...they were abit dry! tastedgood/10 tho...
1 scoop choc wpi
1 scoop cookies n cream wpc/casien
heaps of frozen raspberries
1 banana
1 tablespoon mango omega stuff

Saw this the other day at the shops...thought I could add it to my smoothies to add to the taste...plus the health benefits ...its for kids but cant see a prob with taking it...tastes great!
Cooked up some protein pancakes again this morning...they were dry as fuarrrrrrk...didnt add enough water....ahhhh well still ate most of them...gotta get that protein in!
I use low carb maple syrup you can get from woolies...tastes pretty much just like normal maple syrup...so good! and sometimes I will put greek yogurt on them!
