They were GREAT dude...I put in about 150ml milk, 100ml water, 4 cubes, 1 frozen banana, handful of frozen raspberries, scoop of van protein...tasted like boost juice no joke...prob the best smoothie ive ever made! - dont know if the cubes have a thicker in them but it was thick as..
BTW - yesterday was the 3rd day of eating 100% clean again...still been eating alot and as you can see have totally changed my dieting approach..and Iam 93.5kgs down from 96kgs on monday...
