Didnt get a pic but pancakes with choc topping, blueberries, banana and blackberries on was ok...think I like it better with just maple on...

Only having 4 meals today including post workout....soon i'll be eating 2-3 meals...I can see it now lol

Me: mass amounts of kangaroo chilli con carne. I have an old 1kg yoghurt tub full of it that I have to get through today before road tripping tomorrow Should be easy as though.

Weight watchers was on special lol...$1.50 down from like $3..same with the greek yogurt..80c from $2..bargin
 
Been hungry as fuarrrrrrrrk today for some reason - just smashed 300g steak with 2 cups broc, and my cottege cheese/greek yogurt/blueberries mix

and just made some oats/honey/peanut butter and choc protein powder for later...

What are those smoothie cubes like? Been thinking of buying those instead of frozen berries.

They were GREAT dude...I put in about 150ml milk, 100ml water, 4 cubes, 1 frozen banana, handful of frozen raspberries, scoop of van protein...tasted like boost juice no joke...prob the best smoothie ive ever made! - dont know if the cubes have a thicker in them but it was thick as..
 
BTW - yesterday was the 3rd day of eating 100% clean again...still been eating alot and as you can see have totally changed my dieting approach..and Iam 93.5kgs down from 96kgs on monday...

Good stuff, how many calories you been eating?

I'm down .5kg on yesterday after my 300g carbs for dinner. So much for getting fat.

Around 3000 - 3500 ....I honestly thought id be same weight or up after yesterdays eating...but no another 0.5 down again...
