Joel: what sort of sauce is that on the steak?

Pre workout meal of champions :P

Choc pop tart, PB&CO DCD sandwich

Just normal tomato sauce with abit of mustard stuff....

aah ok. If you like any sort of chilli sauce, check out sriracha. Asian grocers will have it. Goes great with just about everything for me. (steak, eggs, fritattas, veggies etc) Really good macros too :)

Awesome stuff. I always put it on eggs and burgers

if you can be bothered & you're going to use it often, get some of the hershey's sf topping from usafoods. It tastes a heap less "chemically" (not a word I know :p) than the cottees one.
