hey guys.First post on here. I've been on the 5/3/1 for about 2.5 months and have a 1rm of 65kg at 60kg(BW) but for the fkn life of me i cant increase it. For the last 4 weeks Ive been hitting the same reps on the final set and its frustrating as fk. Apologies for the grammatical errors etc typing this shit like i would an im.

I've been training it indirectly with reverse grip incline pressing
Reverse grip is pain free

But basically when I tore my biceps shrugging, it scar over a little the physio say and developed some brutal knotting. When I rolled the knotting out the biceps tore again but right at the insertion of shoulder. Basically where the tendon attaches to the muscle, that bit tore off a little
