overhead press forum bests

the strongest guy in my gym, Wodonga YMCA, might be entering our two comps.

He told me he did a double on 200kg raw bench recently.
 
I'll see how I got tonight, I have to go to another gym to do some filming so I will do it for kicks. Will do it strict although I passed out with 130kg above my head doing strict press once....hella fun
 
I use to do seated shoulder press with 55kg dumbells (each hand) x 12reps @ 97kg WB. Was usually done straight after training chest.
 
Keen as for this sign me up, my best so far is a 75kg military at 73kg, and a 80kg push press at 76...heaps more in the tank.


Will get back into training soon.

hey guys.First post on here. I've been on the 5/3/1 for about 2.5 months and have a 1rm of 65kg at 60kg(BW) but for the fkn life of me i cant increase it. For the last 4 weeks Ive been hitting the same reps on the final set and its frustrating as fk. Apologies for the grammatical errors etc typing this shit like i would an im.
Any advice guys?
 
dreadlift, for the comp no, but you can put a lift up and will put in appropriate category as part of forum list.

Yeah, not been doing them because of my shoulder
But South Australia's strongest man is Feb 16th. You'll see some good log pressing from me there
I've been training it indirectly with reverse grip incline pressing

My broken collarbone is almost healed so will also soon resume overhead movements. At this stage limited to 15kg each hand arnold presses.

Reverse grip is pain free
Basically it's only one small position with pain :p
It's healing very fast, I am like wolverine when it comes to injuries

But basically when I tore my biceps shrugging, it scar over a little the physio say and developed some brutal knotting. When I rolled the knotting out the biceps tore again but right at the insertion of shoulder. Basically where the tendon attaches to the muscle, that bit tore off a little
