I guess clicking the orange back arrow to post in this forum is working. Let me refresh, please call me Alsea, had spent 7 years in Australia and back to Indonesia. I just recently join a gym and sign up for 3 months personal training program. I am interested in toning my muscles.. Building them if possible. I hope by joining this forum i can learn some stuffs i need to know better.
