Are you still training? any kind?

How are you feeling?

I trained yesterday. Is in my training journal... GLycogen depelted and low cals didnt work well kept volume down but weight was also very well down as well. No doubt it will come back though.

I would rather squat 200 at 90 then 205 at 110.
 
i still think you should have done at least a bodyfat test with calipres to get a rough estimate of your LBM before starting.. To see if u losing muscle?
 
eh god they suck..
after doing the 12 point bodyfat calipre test.. i went on those machines that measure your bodyfay and it said i was 21%... while the calipres said 9%..
