Might give this a try, coach says i should do more conditioning but its boring. If i have a number to aim for itll make it more interesting. Ill prob do the 6 minute one, the others sound like cardio :p

its heavy though if you are not used to them.
i'd start with the 9. the 12 is just pure stamina :p

im thinking another level could be added with the 48kg kb???
3minutes doesnt sound like much though...maybe 4mins??
 
3 mins non stop with the 48kg will kill you enough, Timeah.

Heaviest I can swing is the 40kg so I'm out of the running when you go above my BW LOL

I only swung the 24kg KB though Wingers.

I forgot it was 9mins so stopped at 6 :(

I don't have a 48kg but I'm pretty sure 3mins would be PLENTY!

Re did it today. I got 276 (previous best 263). I used my new regular spec 24kg one and grip was so much harder than the prograde size. Lower back was CRAZY pumped too. I had 150 in 4mins, rested for a min then got another 2mins in then a little break and then finished. I have a vid but it's pretty damn boring. If you don't watch it, it just sounds like porn with all the grunting and strange noises haha

My GF had her first go at it as well and made 168 with the 24kg. Littleladylifter is her username.
 
hrmmm need to redo the 24kg me thinks lol. 200 shouldnt be crazy hard i dont think.

i only 150? last time...seems like an anomoly lol.
 
That number does seem a bit odd. Could just be an average day though. I have to recount Keola's as well as she thought she got about 180. It's damn easy to miscount while swinging though!
 
yeah i should check my logs lol.

considering the score with the 32...
though im much more conditioned now though.

that score will get reset in the next week. :)
 
LOL not a timed swing session, just a couple of sets as part of a super set at the end of today's workout but

Damn! I swung 48kg (dble kb swings) for 2 x 10

Thought I was about to go airborne by rep 3 :p

my coach is on a schwing bender at the moment and it's killing me LOL

was hard as it was 2x24kg double swings. I'm not tall enough to take a wide enough stance for safety!

form degrades a bit for sure. would not have made it far past 10 though.

collapsed in a heap at the end ... singing I Will Survive ... :p
 
That is quality!!! I was playing around with some double swings, clean and press and push presses with 16x2 at PTC yesterday. Double swings are interesting as you really do have to take a much wider stance.

Also, on the old odd lifts stuff I strict pressed 28kg. PP 32kg easily but couldn't get that big bastard 40kg haha.
 
Got 170 in 6min on the 32kg. No vid. I'll get one next time. I don't have kettlebells tho, I use one of these

Terrible form tho. I got all to parallel but the glutes were gone by about 70, after that it was all back. Best back pump I've had in ages tho :P
