July Calf Challenge

on day 31, I might get up really early and do my sets, just to stuff Bella up MWAHAHAHAHA.

This challenge is not getting any easier, especially on the weekends ..

I workout around 5am each morning, sometimes earlier so set your alarm! :D

As long as you get a workout in, it doesn't matter what time? We should do a synchronised calf workout - everyone log in at 5am and we'll do a countdown....ready, set, GO!

The challenge is not easy - one leg calf raises bw, are easy enough, but sets 3,4 & 5 kill me, my poor calf muscles are screaming! :(

My only concern is that I'll have Ronnie Coleman calves at the end of the month :eek::D

They're definitely getting worked!

1 x F @ 60 ... only got about 22ish reps before syndrome kicked in.

Will most likely just do BW ones tomorrow as i've got deadlifts... will see how it goes.
 
KungFOoGOo measured his calves just before and there 35cm... Thats up +1cm in 15 days and my bodyweight has stayed more or less the same... slightly down but meh.
 
I don't get a lot of time to get on here but after day 11 I was out. I'm back off to the surgeon to see what's up with my foot. Good luck to everyone else though.
