kinda stuffed up, only did 1 set before work went mental, forgot to finish...

Seated BB calf raise.

Think i was doing these like a spastic though... need to put the barbell closer to my knee next time.

My calves are fried from playing footy and cricket on cable beach...I'm pretty sure I chased the ball to boundary 5 times...does that count? :p
