Yeah quality cals. ?

Coupla big steaks, shitload of spuds with olive oil, a few bananas. ..easy.

The last few months I've been on a quest to find food that is the maximum volume for the minimal amount of calories. That way I can eat until I'm full and not have to worry about caloric content.

I've found that it boils down to 3 things:
1. More fibre (vegetables).
2. More water (to expand the food, like with oats).
3. Less fat (as it's so calorie dense).

Unfortunately there is no magical food, just discipline.

I do not understand some people's relationship with food

Between 30 to 40 I was eating all the time, always had food in my hand and in my mouth, it became tiresome I was very active though, plus I was working out real hard, I always just viewed food as just fuel, not comfort.

food was always the limiting factor in my progress. just do not enjoy eating when im already full for the sake of reaching your daily intake etc

176 : 95 : 10. Would be alright. Currently 85 : <15 Highest ever was over 105 but probably 20%

To me it always was and is just a necessity but for some it's like a drug
