-how tall are you, what would your ideal weight be and what bf % do you think you would be at your ideal weight?
interested to see if people would prefer to be lean or huge?

167:80:8

lean AND huge thanks

*pretty sure the height is right but you tall kunce are confusing me. Surely i'm not that short?

182:96:15 if I need to be agile

181:103:who gives a shit% for maximum strength (lose a cm of height with heavy lifting)

I'm nearly 6'4, 193cm. So pretty tall. It's not a blessing when it comes to putting on noticeable mass.
I'm 87kg at the moment. I'd like to hit 95kg lean by the end of next year. I'm 17 years old.

170cm, 72kg, 11% body fat currently. I would like to be 75kg at 9%. I think that's achievable within a year. I feel those stats are something I can reach and then maintain with a normal lifestyle.

About time you got in here Mackie ; give the short bloke some support, the tallies are talking down to me ;)

I remain 186.5cm.

Weight - would like to be under 10%, which will probably mean I will have to be 86-87kg at most.

Ideally, if I was young again, 6% at 90kg.
