Funny enough, I think i'm not far off these lifts which sounded impossible to me when I first saw them . I'll be going for a 120-130 squat at PTC comp, 80-90 bench and 160-170+ deadlift. If I can nail all of those, i'm almost there

Have to say I disagree with the squat to deadlift ratio for the ranking of a "beginner". In my view all trainees should be encouraged to get their squat as close to their deadlift to avoid imbalance issues later on. At the most the deadlift target would be 20% greater than the squat.
I agree with 180kg being the beginner threshold, but contingent upon the squat being more like 150 to 160kg. Or you can be like a cross fitter and have a five plate deadlift, a three plate squat, zero plate bench and a whole bunch of misery within a couple of years.

From what I gather, he started as a powerlifter and achieved a 1200lb equipped squat (I think that would be about 900lb if raw) weighing over 300lb. Very solid lifting indeed.
He's now doing crossfit to get smaller and weaker.
