I'm with you Taurus. I've personally noticed that I'm not as lean when I'm consuming fruit. I know it's natural and contains natural sugars but I wouldn't consume unless immediately post training personally.
Cutting out an entire food group for no particular reason. If you want to drop some cals/carbs then that's fine but just blindly saying no fruit is a bit strange. Yes I would say that is bioscience.

"Natural" and "natural sugars" means nothing. Most fruit is fairly low calorie and avoiding fruit is bro science but I don't see any harm in giving it a shot for a while. Going to hurt coming into all the warm season fruits though.

I'll get a detailed reason from him tonight when we catch up for an arm session, regarding no fruit for this small amount of time, which will hopefully ease some concerns of our fellow ausbb members.
