5x12 calf raises
2x20 lat pulldowns
6x10 chins (3 overhand, 3 underhand)
6x10 ring pulls
4x12 t bar rows
 
Chest and shoulders last night

2x20 push-ups
4x10 decline push ups
4x12 bench
4x12 ring dips

4x10 arnie press
4x10 upright row
4x10 superset side raises into front raises.

Looks like it eh. Got the program off a friend who's competed alot. Also the diet. 3000 calories a day 50%protein/and the rest shared fats and carbs....
The sessions take a little longer than I would normally like, but its something new & I'm enjoying it for now.
The extra reps are really leaving me quite sore the next day or so!!

I thought, fuck commando, ill smash this shit! Lol

1km run warmup with dynamic stretches on return

Then a 400m run
20 toe to bars
10 upright rows (instead of the squats, the toe to bars are enough on my back as it is)
And repeated that 3 times, no rest.
Then a minute rest (it said to take a 10
Minute rest, but I'm fitter than commando thinks)
Then a 1600m run! I was rooted. Finished off with 3 minutes of bodyweight squats!!

How long did it take to run the 1.6?

6 mins I think.

I set the timer for 10 mins as I left, as the remaining time was meant to be spent bodyweight squatting. I THINK there was just under 4 mins left when I got back in.

Toes to bar were tough! Especially felt them later on doing day 13 of the 30 day an challenge!!

Last night was 60 sit-ups 70 crunches 40 leg raises and a 50 sec plank!!! Haha. I stood up after each exercise as it was a tough one!!!
 
Wednesday is meant to be a rest day but the 30 day ab challenge is still on for me and wife.

Day 14 was Tough!! Had to break a few times
65 sit-ups
85 crunches
42 leg raises
55 sec plank.
Mrs is loving it, even tho it's rough at the time lol

30 day ab challenge was rest day, thank fuck. Abs constantly sore

4 x 20 skull crushers superset with 4x12 tricep dips

42 leg raises

What's your actual split Taurus?

Sunday = back
Monday = chest & delts
Tuesday = cardio (run/swim/x-trainjng)
Wednesday off
Thursday = legs
Friday = gun sesh
Saturday = cardio

40 min walk every morning 5am fasted

Was doing three cardios a week up til true grit. Will add another in a month.

Cardio sessions can range from 45 mins to 2 hours depending what I do.

You wouldnt swap the 2 hr cardio sessions for HIIT to preserve muscle?

Nah I like my road runs and ocean swims.

Not doing 2 hour sessions everytime, but occasionally they get to that. Most are 45-60 mins long. The x trainjng ones are about an hour, deck of cards 40 mins (which are my bread and butter). The obstacle races can also get to two hours.
 
Gotta do what you enjoy.

I was doing boxing classes for a couple weeks and loved it but saw it was negatively impacting my results in the weight room (or at least I thought it was).

Now I have no idea if I should go back or not
