Having to just do bodyweight stuff pretty much has REALLY made me think about my training. Lots of research, lots of trial and error as even some bodyweight stuff is no good for me.
I have an arsenal of 10-12 exercises per body part now and do my best to mix it up while still keeping it at a good pace & good session.
They are hard & probably not for every chest workout, once a week or fortnight would suffice!
Back's improving thanks. Yoga, swimming & stretching have helped. Along with celebrex and the occasional valium. The surgeon said Valiums were the best for back pain as they are a muscle relaxant, plus help me sleep!
If its feeling bad, ill take two valiums after dinner and crash, but i try not to take them, i wake up real groggy and the next day is very hazy! lol
