when can you hit free weights?

Over the next few months I guess. As I feel it!
Having to just do bodyweight stuff pretty much has REALLY made me think about my training. Lots of research, lots of trial and error as even some bodyweight stuff is no good for me.
I have an arsenal of 10-12 exercises per body part now and do my best to mix it up while still keeping it at a good pace & good session.

Low ring flyes? 5x10 (very hard) will post a vid later

These were hard!! Chest is sore as fuck two days later
 
Well I like to push real hard and if that last rep doesn't quite make it, snap a pec. Lol

Srsly looks like a challenging exercise. Would love to try them one day.
 
lunges 5x20 each leg
one leg squat 5x15 each leg

normal chins x 10 superset with 10 dips x 5 sets
ring dips x 10 s/s with side chins x max (6-10) x 5 sets

I was in a hurry last night to get to my rugby coaching gig so I put in a few supersets to mix it up. My heart was pumping HARD! haha
 
They do look hard, might give these ago one day when I get some rings

How's the back ?


They are hard & probably not for every chest workout, once a week or fortnight would suffice!
Back's improving thanks. Yoga, swimming & stretching have helped. Along with celebrex and the occasional valium. The surgeon said Valiums were the best for back pain as they are a muscle relaxant, plus help me sleep!
If its feeling bad, ill take two valiums after dinner and crash, but i try not to take them, i wake up real groggy and the next day is very hazy! lol
