I’m saddened to hear that our good friend Frank Manning passed away late last night.


Whilst Frank wasnt a lifter himself, he was a coach, a world accredited referee, and played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the powerlifting comps I hold.


Thank you Frank for your contribution to our sport, and thank you for your friendship.


RIP mate.
