the TRX is really cool, I see it also allows your hands to rotate freely, do you think you could do a few more if you suppinated the hand at the top?
rotating the hands like you do is really good, and relieves a load on the joints.

Yeah most likely. I did 19 under hand straight bar a few weeks ago. But it hurt the elbow so not doing them any more.

I did the 4020 tempo one after this and got 46 seconds then 40. Ducking tough. Will include more often and see if I can get to a minute :)
 
will be interesting to see what we can get up to by end of year. I will keep all attempts up to show who improves, and so on.
 
Didn't film it but managed 13 relatively easy today. Honestly didn't think I'd get that many, which is why I didn't bother filming. Will roll the camera next time
