Bump to this thread, only because I did some burpees today...
Got 50 out in 4 mins 35 sec, which included 5 sets x 5 reps of 125kg deadlifts.
So I'm guessing I could knock out 100 in under 7 mins.
I got to 65 in about 5 minutes and I was completely gassed, i literally couldnt walk home. I reckon the following 35 would have taken atleast 10 minutes.
Ok fellas,
5:35am .. Pumped the music..
5:43am .. 80 BPees .. water and towel girl .. (mental note: Hire towel girl)
5:44:38 .. 100!
New PB for me 9:38, and thats in the "hot room".
next stop is 9 mins..
I went all out today, will have to find something special to crack nine minutes, once I hit 60-70, the everything changes.. breathing heavy, beginning to sweat, legs twitching.. Fadi... are you trying to get me in shape or something??

Hi everyone, in the "you tube clip" in the first post, the guy doing the burpees would be considered to be cheating.
I learnt burpees in the army, each movement is a distinct movement. (By army standards they don't count as proper burpees).
So, with the push up, you must lock your arms before moving the legs.
The man in the clip was bringing his legs up before the push up was complete, momentum.
And you really must jump as high as you can ever single time.
I'm not being picky I just mentioned it "FYI".
No matter how you do them there are some really good times there.
Well done to you, I've some catching up to do
Mike.

Good job there.
Although I think you would get a better result scheduling your reps, rather than going "all out".
Like do 15 in the first minute, should take about 30 seconds, then take 30 seconds rest and do 15 in the 2nd minute, then about 30 seconds rest again, etc.
So start at every minute for 15 reps, that will get you 60 in about 3 1/2 minutes.
Then just do 10 every minute after that, or whatever you can handle.
This should get your time down to 7 1/2 minutes.
