I know everyone knows this but since increasing my water intake some around 2-3L a day to 4.5-6L I feel so much better, look so much better and never get bloated like I used to when I didnt drink much water.

Always been a heavy water drinker, im pretty spot on getting at least 3-4ltrs a day, but lately im having alot of trouble getting to sleep.
I try and get to bed at 11am and wake around 8, but I cant usually get to sleep for at least an hour and end up waking around 6am, before...
