    I'm gunna say derrimut 24/7 in caroline springs. It's got cross fit, UFC size octagon, boxing ring, powerlifting and the best damn machines I've ever seen including nautilus, hammer strengh and life fitness.     Fatigue

    Hi guys just needing some help with fatigue. My problem is on my chest tricep day I do 3 -4 sets of weighted dips but then I go to do my bench and drop 5kg odd my usual if I don't start wig the bench . Is this normal or should I rest longer between the exercises.
