I'm gunna say derrimut 24/7 in caroline springs. It's got cross fit, UFC size octagon, boxing ring, powerlifting and the best damn machines I've ever seen including nautilus, hammer strengh and life fitness. Also classes up stares for those who like that stuff..I've only seen golds Venice beach...

I total 685kg, and average 2.5 hour sessions 4x a week.

Hi guys just needing some help with fatigue.
My problem is on my chest tricep day I do 3 -4 sets of weighted dips but then I go to do my bench and drop 5kg odd my usual if I don't start wig the bench . Is this normal or should I rest longer between the exercises.

It's been ages aint it. I recently had a pretty bad accident... I fell from a tree branch, 10 metres high... glad to be alive and walking, but I suffered serious neck and spine injuries. I wont be able to train for 12 months....
