Does anyone have any tips on meal timing and what to eat for a 7:30 pm workout.
6ft 3 , 115kg, 33yrs
Current diet tlike this, Sunday eat whatever, but not to bad.
Meals are spaced every 3 hrs,
6am - 2 scoops protein powder, berries,300ml water, 200mls milk, 60gms uncooked oats (Smoothie)...
