    Pre-workout meal

    I'm trying to figure out what to eat as a pre-workout meal. I'm currently trying to bulk and usually train at around 6:30 in the evening so I have plently of time before hand to eat. I'm thinking chicken breast with 1/2 to 1 cup of basmati rice about 2 hours before training. What does everyone...

    pre-workout nap

    pre-workout nap I've been getting into a habit of having a 1-2hr power nap before heading off to the gym for my workout falling. I feel fine at the gym, I'm just curious if this is considered a good or bad thing to do?
