Dropped in for a look this morning since I am off work today.
Only took me 10 minutes to work out that I won't be back here for a while, still the same mentally challanged people sprouting the same BS and arguing that the sky looks red, when everyone can clearly see the blue. I feel sorry for...
Hi all, OK leg session today, I could lift heavy but I did not have the endurance for multiple reps like I would.
I train @ 9:00am every morning and wake up about 7:15. I have OATS and berries etc for breakfast.

Believe it or not you may be eating ?TOO LITTLE? calories in your
diet, thus slowing down your metabolism. At 6?2 and 215 lbs 2,000 calories is baseline of what you might be needing, now add on top of that your energy requirements for your workouts and you can see that 2,000 calories is not...
Carb Cycling...is it an effective fat loss formula if your diet and training is dialled in?
I don't know a great deal about it or the full science. But my understanding is you would have a low carb day or maybe two and then a higher carb day.
I am 84 kg and having 2600calories a day. I have...

I've recently become feverishly giddy over the taste of strawberry thick shakes from Donut King.
Do they have no place in a weight training regime? I feel guilty when I have them. Should I relax or should I ditch them?

Most people would have fast working carbs immediately after a workout.
Is it okay to just have plain white sugar and put it in my Protein shake or is it better to have fast carbs in the form of a piece of fruit ect?
Thanks in advance

Anyway, what's some good alternatives that i can add to a protein shake which will spike my insulin, get the carbs in there and taste good?
