Lately I've been smashing the dips.
I've been doing them first up when strength levels are high.
My question is how do you warm up? I can't just use BW because it's like doing a working set straight up.
I put my feet on floor and and take some weight off but it sux?
How do you warm up?
Do you eat it, is it part of your diet or do you make a point of excluding it for fat loss purposes?

Not sure how well it gels with the goal of physique improvement...

With a similar stance, should I be able to go ass to grass on both high bar and low bar squats?
From next week I am...

Ok all you Einsteins, tell me your thoughts on bacon.
Most guys here go for protein, protein and then more protein....for obvious reasons. What about bacon though....it ain't too lean, is it a good part of the weight trainers diet?
I rarely have it at home, however I make frequent work trips...
I know everyone knows this but since increasing my water intake some around 2-3L a day to 4.5-6L I feel so much better, look so much better and never get bloated like I used to when I didnt drink much water.
So as I said I drink between 4.5-6L a day - just normal water, nothing added to it or...
I was checking out Tyrone's log today (it looks even more impressive in the morning light, but that's another story). I noticed he mentioned Pavel's Ladder rep method for pullups.
I've noticed in the past a couple of guys journals with these weird rep schemes I couldn't understand for pullups -...

We know, its non-hormonal, works best as its an adaptogen, potentially increases protein synthesis and somewhat difficult to source.
There...

I want to switch from olive oil to coconut oil, but my two local Coles and a Safeway don't have any. I'll check out the local Indian groceries shop.
Just wondering where you guys buy your coconut oil, which brand and how much. Thanks :)
