The steroids involvement is a given which is why I wondered if they were involved any further

I know a bloke that snapped the patella in three places and ended coming back to play footy. Long long recovery though.

Hanging the kettlebells with bands off a regular bar is good
The kettlebells go down as you reverse the bar and you need to push harder at the bottom than at the top. So like the opposite of pressing against chains

Good light workout when you dont feel like training seriously
this is mad though
